● C- type grinding or continuous grinding processing (optional swing grinding, double-station planetary grinding), high-precision and efficient grinding of both ends of the workpiece;
● The rear side of the machine tool opens a large window to change the grinding wheel, which is convenient and simple. The feeding table is fixed and can be equipped with automatic equipment to avoid precision changes and frequent adjustments caused by frequent opening and closing of the feeding table.
● The upper box body, the lower box body and the feeding table are vertically connected and fixed in turn to ensure the smooth operation of the whole machine.
● Adjust the angle of the upper and lower boxes by three-point adjustment, so as to adjust the parallelism and angle of the upper and lower grinding heads, which is more convenient to operate, stable and reliable.
● Adopt linear dressing mechanism, multiple groups of oilstones participate at the same time, and the dressing efficiency is high.
● The servo motor is used to control the reducer to drive the screw to drive the screw nut to push the grinding head part to move up and down, and the precision linear grating ruler is equipped to ensure the micron feed accuracy.
● High rigidity and high torque electric spindle is used to replace ordinary mechanical spindle, which runs smoothly, eliminates machine vibration caused by transmission chain, and improves grinding efficiency and accuracy.

● The fuselage adopts casting box structure, with good shock absorption, rigidity and reliable thermal stability.
● The coolant is filtered by magnetic separation and paper tape filtration, and the cooling machine is recycled after temperature control.
● The axial feed structure of the grinding head of this machine adopts the ball screw structure with large diameter of P2 driven by worm gear. The spindle shaft system adopts the bearing layout structure with large span and high rigidity to ensure the running accuracy of the spindle and the bearing capacity demand of large surface grinding.
● The special planetary feeding structure is adopted to realize the planetary motion track of the workpiece disc, which can realize positioning grinding; the worm gear structure is adopted to drive the positioning of the large plate, with high positioning accuracy; the pressure relief guide way is adopted to meet the rigid requirements of large margin grinding.
● The workpiece is clamped by vacuum adsorption.
● Equipped with automatic grinding wheel dressing device, convenient and fast, to ensure the quality of grinding wheel correction.
● Full servo motor drive, smooth movement, accurate positioning, easy adjustment.
