1. The principle of this machine adopting silicon wafer automatic rotation grinding method is as follows: the workpiece turntable slightly larger than the silicon wafer is adopted, the workpiece is placed in the center of the workpiece turntable through the vacuum suction cup, the edge of the grinding wheel is adjusted to the center position of the workpiece, the workpiece and the grinding wheel are rotated around their respective axes to cut in and reduce the thickness, the contact length, contact area and cutting angle between the grinding wheel and the work are unchanged, the grinding force are constant, and the machining state, it can avoid the phenomenon of convex and collapsed edges in the workpiece. Especially for the thinner workpiece performance is more obvious.
2. The upper and lower grinding spindles adopt air bearing structure. Due to the lack of friction between the stator and the rotor, the degree of wear is minimized, thus ensuring that the accuracy is always stable.
The air bearing has lower resistance, allows higher speeds, and can maintain a lower vibration level at the same time.
4. The precise and repeatable movement of the air bearing spindle makes the surface photometry reach a very good level. Since the stiffness is provided by a consistent flow of air through the bearing, the forces experienced by the rotor from the external load are distributed steadily over all points as it rotates. This feature is closely related to the production of good surface luminosity during grinding.
5. The base adopts casting and marble, and the Z-axis feed column adopts marble to improve the overall rigidity of the machine and the stability of the machine.
