LF furnace automatic feeding system
Various auxiliary raw materials and ferroalloys required for smelting are supplied to LF furnace. The distribution trolley conveys each auxiliary raw material and ferroalloy to each high-level silo. When feeding in LF furnace, the feeding system automatically sets the required auxiliary raw materials and ferroalloy into the weighing hopper in turn, and the alloy is added into the ladle through the horizontal belt conveyor of vibration feeding, horizontal belt and furnace cover alloy chute.
