1. This machine tool has a horizontal cylindrical grinding machine structure. The head and tail frames are fixed on the worktable. The grinding wheel frame is the main and auxiliary double grinding wheel frame. The double grinding wheel frame feeds separately in the X-axis direction and moves together in the Z-axis direction. The grinding machine can complete two processes of cylindrical grinding and processing of the main and auxiliary reference edges.

Use the head and tail frame to fix the workpiece, the diamond grinding wheel of the cylindrical grinding head grinds the outer circle of the silicon carbide blank, and the crystal orientation is detected and positioned by X-ray, and the positioning plane is processed by the grinding wheel or the V-shaped groove is processed by the forming grinding wheel.

The main grinding wheel frame is a high-speed grinding wheel frame, the maximum speed of the main grinding wheel is 12000r/min, the auxiliary grinding wheel frame is used for V-groove cutting, and the maximum speed of V-groove grinding wheel is 4000r/min, which has good processing efficiency and processing accuracy.
